Our walking tour today will cover the full length of Piccadilly Street in London. The street is about 1.6 km long and is one of the wildest and straightest streets in the capital. Piccadilly Street has a very central location between Mayfair, Hyde Park Corner and Piccadilly Circus. Piccadilly Circus is one of the most popular landmarks in London. It is famous with its giant billboards erected there in 1923. Today you can always see people around the statue of Eros on the junction. It is a main meeting point for the locals, due to its convenient central location.
